Black Ice Audio prides itself on fulfilling orders quickly. We usually ship stock orders within 5 business days for items that are because we build, test, and burn in each Black Ice Audio product before it’s shipped. Custom upgrades will take longer, we can give an estimate when you speak to us, typically it’s about 10 business days.

Shipping time depends on your location relative to our distribution facilities, but typically your product will arrive between 2-7 business days. Any order where the billing address and shipping address do not match may require additional time to process. In some situations, orders may be delayed for verification.

When your order ships, we will email you a tracking number which will allow you to determine when your product will be delivered. All shipments via UPS are delivered as signature required unless otherwise specified.

Please note, that all items are double boxed, if the outer packaging is obviously damaged beyond normal wear and tear, you must note the damage with the delivery driver upon delivery; or you may reject the shipment. The shipment would then be returned to Black Ice Audio for replacement. If concealed damage is encountered after opening the product, please document the damage with photos and immediately contact us to arrange for a return and replacement.

You are responsible for opening and inspecting your product within 24 hours of receipt.

If Black Ice Audio is not notified immediately after concealed shipping damage is encountered, we cannot be responsible for replacing the product.

Canceled Order Fee

All canceled orders will be subject to a 6% restocking fee because we’re charged a fee once the order is placed and it is non refundable to us regardless of shipping status.

Return Abuse

Customers who return more than one product within 365 days can be accessed up to a 20% restocking fee in addition to the standard 3% and shipping fees at our discretion.

Refund options: Refunds must be issued to the same credit card, debit card, or other forms of payment used in the original transaction.

Return Eligibility: Please follow this link 45 Day Returns for information the return period and restocking fees for all Black Ice Audio Gear.

Items must be returned in like-new condition: Black Ice Audio may refuse a customer's return or charge additional restocking fees when the returned item is not like new. Examples of conditions that will lead to refused returns or additional restocking fees include, but are not limited to:

• A different serial number than the one Black Ice Audio originally shipped.

• Missing parts or the original product packing material.

• Damage because it was improperly packaged for the return shipment.

• Been heavily used (such as Scratches, scuffs, dents, and any damage to external or internal components.). If damaged is found, customers will receive a report detailing the damage prior to issuing any refund.

• Damage from drops, spilled liquid, attempted modification, or mishandling.

• Upgraded products are considered custom and are not eligible for return.

• Black Ice Audio will charge a 5% fee for canceled orders due to changes made by our payment providers.

• Black Ice Audio reserves the right to change 15% restocking fee on any order.

In the event that you refuse your package, you will be subject to paying the full shipping price of the product both ways. Charges will be automatically charged to your supplied credit card. If you ordered an item that has Free shipping you will be charged the full shipping amount.

If your package is undeliverable due to incorrect information provided by you, the purchaser, or for any other reason that is not the fault of Black Ice Audio, the purchaser is responsible for payment of the full shipping amount.

We make every effort to prevent shipping damage. If your package appears damaged upon receipt:

• Notify Black Ice Audio within 24 hours of receipt.

• Please take pictures of the damaged box/product

• If you refuse delivery, please notify Black Ice Audio immediately at 301-953-2014
